About the Role:
In this vital role at NRL, you will provide essential support and expertise for hardware and software endpoints, ensuring the reliability and security of our IT infrastructure. This position requires a proactive approach to problem-solving, excellent technical skills, and a commitment to security protocols.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Offer comprehensive support for hardware and software issues, ensuring system integrity and user satisfaction.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance technical and user documentation, facilitate end-user training, and provide network support.
  • Uphold information assurance standards and support administrative tasks, contributing to the overall operational efficiency.
  • Adhere to NRL's onsite requirements, including compliance with health and safety regulations, security protocols, and environmental policies.
Minimum Qualifications:
  • High school diploma/GED with 5 years of experience in a relevant field.
  • Minimum of five years of specialized experience in hardware, software, or information assurance.
  • Proficiency in technical documentation, end-user training, and network support.
  • Initial Secret clearance with the requirement to obtain Top Secret/SCI.
  • Required Certification: Security+ or IAT-I Certification

  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to evolving technical environments.
Working Conditions:
  • Onsite work at NRL facilities with strict adherence to NRL's operational schedules, health and safety regulations, and environmental policies.
