- Provide maintenance and enhancement support: Maintenance of custom software includes software analysis & research, re-design, revision and compilation of source code, configuration, debugging, testing, and quality control
- Assist with resolving Tier III Help Desk ticket that involves a production system
- Support of the DOS Independent Verification and Validation (IV&V) team and other shared (external DoS) teams to set up and configure applications and provide data and technical support as needed
- Support platform upgrades of systems and application development systems. This also includes support to enable new or different types of computers and peripherals to be configured and tested prior to their deployment for production use (not hardware)
- Provide transition support to migrate CA Extensible Markup Language (XML) interfaces
- Experience with .Net, JavaScript, SQL, JSON, HTML, CSS, C#, object oriented programming
