Description
Intellect Solutions is seeking a talented Project Coordinator with a passion for organization. The Project Coordinator's responsibility will be to coordinate new contract transition, back-office support, and manage existing accounts. We are looking for someone who is energetic, enthusiastic, and thrives in a dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
• Understand and manage contract objectives, deliverables, schedules and any other requirements
• Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track
• Manage project-related paperwork by ensuring all necessary materials are current, completed per guidelines, properly filed and stored
• Ensure project deadlines are met and track project changes with their impacts.
• Providing administrative support as needed and undertaking project tasks as required.
• Developing project strategies for value-added delivery to clients.
• Direct project correspondences by preparing and reviewing project documentation including but not limited to - proposals, pws, meeting minutes, contracts, presentations, and emails etc.
• Communicate with clients to identify and define project requirements, scope and objectives
• Keep consistent and clear communication with clients on project status
• Adhere to budget by monitoring expenses and implementing cost-saving measures
• Assess project risks and issues and provide solutions where applicable.
• Collaborate with project team and corporate departments to maintain employee satisfaction
• Chair and facilitate meetings where appropriate and distribute minutes to all project team members.
Required Skills:
• Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project as necessary to perform requirements and tasks.
• Knowledgeable in Federal contracting and clearance process
• Must be able to adapt, learn and use in-house Intellect tools to manage the projects as needed.
• Knowledge of waterfall/agile project management frameworks
• Must have good communication skills to facilitate meetings with clients and project teams
• Good problem-solving skills
• Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Preferred: PMP/Scrum Master
• 2-5 years of experience in a related field.
• Exceptional verbal, written, and presentation skills.
