Description

Responsibilities:

· Support Project Manager in a various projects within IRS eRecords PMO.

  1. Develop training materials by completing thorough research, analyze educational vendors and assessing the employment needs of IRS COR
  2. Organize a training curriculum that honors IRS ethics and conduct, is engaging and allows trainees the maximum opportunity to participate Evaluate teaching methods to select the options that will aid in the delivery of concepts without unnecessary distraction, downtime or confusion ·
  3. Contribute to the instruction and presentation of training courses and assess how effectively different methods and materials are at encouraging interaction and participation ·
  4. Oversee general administrative duties, such as coordinating enrollment, schedule class times and locations and sending invitation information to all trainees
Required Skills:
  1. Must be able to use Microsoft Office Suite, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio and MS Project as necessary to perform requirements and tasks.
  2. Knowledgeable in NARA-M-19-21 (Electronic Records Mandate)
  3. Knowledge about CUI (Controlled Unclassified Initiative) and compliance with 32-CFR-2002 and Executive order #13556
  4. Must be able to adapt, learn and use in-house IRS systems manage the projects as needed.
  5. Must have good communication skills to facilitate meetings with Business Units and IT stakeholders
  6. Excellent relationship building and influencing skills
  7. Must have knowledge of Agile Program Management
  8. Familiarity with different teaching methods and materials
  9. Knowledge of Enterprise Lifecycle (ELC)
  10. Knowledge of Azure Information Protection (AIP) in support of CUI and records management
  11. Knowledge of Windows OS Server upgrades
Qualifications:
  1. Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
  2. Strong training skills in Records Management
  3. Ability to travel to and from client site in Washington DC Metropolitan areas
NOTE:
