- Lead RCM-related projects from initiation through completion, including scope definition, timeline management, and resource coordination.
- Implement and optimize systems related to patient registration, eligibility verification, charge capture, coding, billing, claims submission, and AR follow-up.
- Lead, plan, and facilitate contract and client meetings (e.g., Scorecard, PO Status, Workstream Meetings)
- Coordinate contract and client communications via government-approved channels
- Drive strategic planning, execution, and performance delivery across multiple workstreams
- Lead POC with Gov PM and contract team.
- Send weekly update communication to Gov PM.
- Oversee and coordinate the contract staff security clearance process (initiations, investigations, adjudications, renewals.
- Coordinate requests and issuance of CACs.
- Facilitate requests, distribution, tracking, and return of GFEs.
- Coordinate system authorization access requests (SAARs).
- Maintain and track Government training compliance.

Strategic Program Planning and Execution
- Support and maintain, in partnership with other Leads, contract support vision, goals, and objectives.
- Ensure that contract activities meet client and contract staff needs and objectives.
- Support ad-hoc requests as needed.
- Lead, manage, and motivate contract team members.
- Identify training needs and facilitate trainings.
- Coach, mentor, and manage Intellect contract staff.
- Address personnel issues with Intellect contract staff and manage performance.
- Coordinate with business partner leads regarding personnel issues with business partner contract staff.
- Regularly review and ensure all deliverables meet or exceed expectations of client.
- Thoroughly understand all contract terms, conditions, SOW/PWS and deliverables
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in RCM, Contract, Program, and Project Management within federal healthcare contracts.
- Strong understanding of backend revenue cycle management processes, ideally in the federal sector.
- Familiarity with Cerner EHR sustainment and optimization efforts preferred.
- Previous experience working on DoD, VA, or other federal health contracts preferred
- Excellent interpersonal, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
- PMI - PMP certified
