Provides direct support (key member) to the Enterprise Script Working Group (ESWG) to develop, test, review and evaluate scripts and other scripting functions as required. Document all scripts with regards to purpose, execution, expected outcome, possible failures and recovery actions. Collaborate with Government to establish a script review and approval process.

Provides direct support (key member) to the Enterprise Script Working Group (ESWG) to develop, test, review and evaluate scripts and other scripting functions as required. Document all scripts with regards to purpose, execution, expected outcome, possible failures and recovery actions. Collaborate with Government to establish a script review and approval process.
Responsibilities
- Support the ESWG
- Develop and maintain script library and document purpose, execution, expected outcome, possible failures and recovery actions
- Coordinate with the Technical Writer to provide version control and maintain Script Reference Library in Sharepoint
- Maintain and manage a script repository
- Provide knowledge, skills and abilities for team members to create, publish, manage and control SharePoint content
- Be proficient in scripting languages (mainly PowerShell) for providing capabilities to create, develop and modify scripts in support of resolving incidents and request fulfillment
- 3+ years experience developing and writing scripts in IT environment
- Detail oriented and organziaed
- Understand various forms of testing and the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
- Demonstrated ability to interface with technology partners and stakeholders to generate solution-based road maps that address needed requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot problems with application malfunction or misbehavior
- Ability to manage content on SharePoint portal sites
- Ability to provide professional, courteous support to customers
- Sec+ certification
- US Citizen and Secret clearance
