v. Desk side support (printers, set up and replace computers, desk side training)
vi. Service desk processes (ticket management, customer interaction)
vii. Asset management (tracking computers and equipment, shipping and receiving,
RMA process)
viii. Manage laptop set up and security configuration
ix. Set up and assist with VTC equipment and audio-visual equipment
x. Reporting and deliverables
