Job Description

  • Position Summary: Develops requirements and performs technical evaluations of contractor’s proposals. Participates in technical negotiations and management of contractor Government Furnished Property inventories.
  • Essential Job Functions:
  • Acts as a services integrator for all tasks
  • Supports technical meetings to coordinate customer requirement
  • Develops requirements for Task Order Packages
  • Conducts technical evaluation of contractor proposals
  • Participates in negotiations to clarify, refine, and finalize solutions
  • Manages customer task orders
  • Manages GFP inventory
  • Prepares technical reports or paper as requested

Education/Certifications:

Final Secret Clearance

Required Knowledge/Experience:

  • 5-years of experience in base level general engineering/supply and logistics management (or equivalent functions)
  • Knowledge of facilities and infrastructure operations and maintenance (O&M), cost estimating, performing technical evaluations of contractor’s proposals,
  • Experience participating in technical negotiations
  • Familiarity of processes for management of contractor Government Furnished Property inventories
  • Excellent written, verbal, and presentation communications skills.
  • Ability to balance multiple tasks simultaneously and transition between projects
  • Ability to work both independently and effectively in teams

 

Preferred Knowledge/Experience:

  • Prior experience supporting DoD acquisition program
  • Experience with Supply and Logistics management
  • Military experience preferred
