Job Duties:
As the Entity Resolution/BRI Team Lead, you will oversee the ongoing operations, support, and improvement of FinLAB’s Entity Resolution (ER) system, ensuring the reliable delivery of identity and relationship data to analytics users.
You will lead a team responsible for incident management, ticket-based user support, and the implementation of business rules updates, while collaborating closely with analytics and platform teams to resolve complex technical issues and drive enhancement initiatives.
Leveraging your expertise in data management, AWS, Python, and workflow optimization, you’ll maintain system health, ensure timely updates, and enforce best practices so the ER solution consistently meets evolving business and compliance requirements.
