We are looking for a VOIP SPECIALIST. The work is located at Taylors, SC 29687

Functions: Participates in the design and support of VOIP systems.

General Characteristics  

• Monitors troubleshoots and maintains VOIP systems, routers, voice mail systems and uses remote monitoring tools.  
• Duties can be broad and may include such tasks as maintenance of existing systems, developing new VOIP strategies, voice mail and email integration.

Education: : Bachelor’s Degree or technical institute degree/certificate in Computer Science, Information Systems, or another related field, or equivalent work experience. Cisco CCIE Voice certification required.

Experience: Typically has 3 to 5 years of IT work experience specifically in the area of VOIP systems
