We are looking for an ERP BUSINESS ANALYST. The work is located at Taylors, SC 29687

Functions: Works independently or as a part of a team

General Characteristics  

• Responsibilities center on Business Analysis of client business needs, analyzing business requirements, developing an overall project plan and implementation schedule through consultations with the project team, management, employees and external consultants.
• Prepares the functional specifications, and tests the interfaces.  Gathers technical and functional client requirements and manages those requirements through clear and precise documentation.  Acts as client liaison for engagements with the development team.
• Provides leadership with respect to integration issues including process mapping, business process reengineering, information integrations, and change management.
• Develops, maintains and manages detailed project plans with tasks, deliverables, and resources allocation necessary for successful implementation.  
• Manages and creates client implementation plans.  
• Maintains and manages project issues to resolution.  
• Sets-up weekly project management meetings internally and with the client.
• Responsible for administrative tasks on project, to include project team member time reporting.
• Works with users to identify and outline key business requirements.
• Develops and implements ERP customizations.
• Identifies and assists in the implementation of new processes to help the flow of work for various departments.

Education :  Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or other related field, or equivalent work experience.

Experience : Typically has 5 to 10 years of IT work experience.
