Description

We are looking for Mid-Level Business Analyst/Scrum Master. The work is located at Herndon/Reston.

Location: Herndon/Reston

Summary

Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in requirement gathering, writing business requirements.
Interface with clients and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases.
Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
Track the progress of release schedules across the contract and oversee the generation and dissemination of the weekly project status report.
Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
Facilitate contract-wide Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies.
Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across Scrum team.
Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve
Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
Manage the activities, user stories, tasks, and deliverables of application releases throughout the Agile SAFESDLC.
Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders and assist the team in transforming them into user stories.
Conduct Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives, Daily Stand Up, and other Agile team ceremonies.
Identify process improvements across the project.
Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
Manage execution of tests for a release.
Ability to travel to DC or Maryland.
