Summary
- Must have minimum of 3 years of experience in requirement gathering, writing business requirements.
- Interface with clients and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases.
- Responsible for managing the scrum process with the coordination of scrum team in Agile methodology.
- Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement, and developing and implementing solutions.
- Responsible to remove the impediments for the scrum team.
- Implement advanced strategies for gathering, reviewing and analyzing data requirements
- Track the progress of release schedules across the contract and oversee the generation and dissemination of the weekly project status report.
- Analyse the structure of a business, how it uses technology and what its goals are
- Facilitate contract-wide Sprint Planning, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective ceremonies.
- Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across Scrum team.
- Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research.
- Manage the activities, user stories, tasks, and deliverables of application releases throughout the Agile SAFESDLC.
- Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders and assist the team in transforming them into user stories.
- Conduct Sprint Planning, Review, Retrospectives, Daily Stand Up, and other Agile team ceremonies.
- Identify process improvements across the project.
- Ability to ensure the correct use of scrum process.
- Manage execution of tests for a release.
- Ability to travel to DC or Maryland.
