Job Duties:
- Responsible for maintaining user access, data accuracy, completeness, data reconciliation, supporting reporting and analytics needs, and confirming documentation and SOPs are current.
- As the HIVE Data Operations Analyst, you will oversee the day-to-day operations, data reconciliation, data quality, maintenance, and optimization of Platform HIVE-managed data environments, ensuring the smooth and reliable flow of data across analytics platforms.
- Leveraging your expertise in big data technologies, SQL, and workflow orchestration, you will coordinate a team responsible for monitoring batch jobs, resolving operational incidents, maintaining data reconciliation, checking for data completeness, data accuracy and coordinating with data management team members.
- You’ll liaise with engineering and analytics teams to troubleshoot complex issues, ensure data integrity, and drive continuous enhancements so that HIVE data assets consistently meet business and compliance requirements
- 3+ Years of experience
- Analytics
- Technical Acumen in HIVE and SQL
- HiveQL, SQL
- HIVE performance optimization, including data partitioning, indexing
- Hands-on understanding of Hadoop ecosystem, including HDFS, YARN, MapReduce, Spark
