Intellect Solutions is seeking a strategic, analytical, and process/detail-oriented Program Manager who can work effectively with senior leadership for identifying, managing, developing, and driving new business programs within the DoD and Civilian Customer base.

Regular Tasks Will Include

·       Execute all facets of program management for contracts (i.e., cost, schedule, reporting, engagement etc.)

·       Support and Lead marketing and business development initiatives

·       Manage multiple projects, engaging with Customers, and organically grow current accounts.

·       Provide Supervisory assistance to the current employee base and maintain employee cohesiveness.

Basic Qualifications

·       Must be U.S. Citizen

·       Undergrad degree in STEM fields with 6+ years of professional experience with 4 years of project management experience

·       Experience and general knowledge of relevant IT services/solutions to include: Agile Software Engineering, System Modernization and O&M, IT Strategy and Architecture, Cloud and Mobile Solutions, Digital Services, IT Infrastructure

·       Proven ability to apply critical thinking skills to assess, develop, and defend technical approaches

·       Experience translating functional requirements into tasks

·       Ability to work in a team environment, as well as independently

·       Adaptability to new challenges with a strong motivation to grow and learn in new areas

·       Experience executing PM activities (e.g., cost, schedule, Customer engagement, etc.)

·       Business Development and Capture experience (e.g., Proposal experience)

·       Active Secret clearance Preferred

·       Demonstrated strong oral and written communication
