Job Description:
- Gather, document, and analyze business and functional requirements by collaborating with business users, process owners, and technical stakeholders.
- Analyze current-state processes, identify gaps and inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements and future-state solutions aligned with business objectives.
- Leverage strong ServiceNow expertise to develop reports, dashboards, analytics, and perform historical data analysis to identify trends and provide actionable recommendations.
- Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders throughout requirements gathering, solution design, testing, implementation, and post-production support.
- Facilitate workshops, process mapping sessions, stakeholder meetings, and requirements reviews to drive consensus and support informed decision-making.
- Support organizational change management (OCM) by assessing business impacts, developing communication plans, and supporting adoption of new processes and technologies.
- Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including executive leadership, management, technical teams, and end users.
- Prepare functional documentation, process flows, user stories, acceptance criteria, UAT scenarios, SOPs, and other business analysis deliverables.
