Collaborate with the Government to create, update, correct or retire all job aids, quick response cards, canned emails and other knowledge aids as required. Provide knowledge, skills and abilities to create, publish, manage and control SharePoint content and other knowledge articles as required.

Provide knowledge, skills and abilities to create, publish, manage and control SharePoint content and other knowledge articles as required.
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain job aids, quick response cards, canned emails and other knowledge articles covering broad range of IT support functions
- Collaborate with Government to identify job aids, quick response cards, canned emails and other knowledge articles
- Provide knowledge, skills and abilities to create, publish, manage and control SharePoint content
- Coordinate with Government to maintain all documentation (Reference Library) including job aids, quick response cards, canned emails and other knowledge articles
- 3+ years experience developing and writing technical and non-technical documentation in IT environment
- Ability to explain technical issues clearly
- Proven working experience in technical writing of IT industry documentation
- Ability to pay close attention to detail and deliver high quality documentation
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Ability to grasp complex technical concepts and make them easily understandable to non-technical audience
- Ability to manage SharePoint portal sites
- Ability to provide professional, courteous support to customers
- US Citizen and Secret clearance
