Description

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, Marketing tools, marketing materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform a wide range of administrative marketing tasks for the Recruiting and Retention Battalion, Recruit Entertainment Program; insuring Soldier readiness by maintaining the Vulcan database, preparing shipper packets, monitoring/maintaining administrative correctness, and participating in the formation and administration of various projects as defined in this Performance Work Statement except for those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in this contract.

 

Bachelor's Degree in Marketing or a Business related field or required by the Task Order, as

well as demonstrated capability in program/project coordination applications.

 Desire three years minimum experience in marketing and graphics design.

 Contractor shall possess computer operation skills using MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint,

 

 

  • InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop, Acrobat, Bridge, Premier, and Final Cut Pro.
  • Provide direct advertising support to Recruiting and Retention Non-Commissioned Officers (RRNCOs) with the goal of generating leads, reducing attrition, and increasing retention. 
  • Help design the typography layouts with photographs and illustrations consistent with the national recruiting and retention campaign themes. 
  • Create illustrations and artwork utilizing a variety of media to include camera-ready computerized graphics. 
  • Draft press releases for media distribution. All press releases shall be reviewed, approved, and submitted to media by the RRC Operations & Training Officer or the Marketing NCO. 
  • Help design, develop and execute advertising programs to support all special missions to include Retention programs, Officer recruiting, Warrant Officer recruiting, Medical recruiting, and Chaplain recruiting. Perform all work in accordance with all regulations and guidance that are applicable to the Recruiting and Retention Battalion. 
  • Make suggestions to implement different ways to measure Return on Investment (ROI) of marketing programs and campaigns. 
  • Collect and analyze market evaluation data derived from official databases and various published studies and reports; analyze market trends to use as a basis for helping the government formulate future advertising and marketing strategies and tactics. 
  • Manages internal projects and pre-press stages thru actual printing and distribution by the government. 
  • Attend conferences and seminars that facilitate communication flow and enhance professional networks that shall increase change pertaining to marketing techniques process new ideas in marketing exposure of the Arizona Army National Guard. 
  • Prepare Marketing Return on Investment reports quarterly and tracks results. 
  • Support and manage exhibit and conference events inside the State to support and strengthen management goals. 
  • Maintains mission-critical levels of supplies for ink, and all media needed to continue output For marketing purposes i.e. flyers handouts, etc.
